REFUND POLICY

At Vintage Vines Designs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund, following the terms outlined below.

• Eligibility for Returns:
  We accept returns of undamaged, unused products within 14 days of receipt. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Return Process:
  To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vintagevines.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@vintagevines.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund for the product, including any shipping fees.

The following items are non-refundable, unless defective:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Sale or discounted items.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
