We deliver islandwide across Singapore.

Free delivery on all orders above $60

Orders below $60 or urgent delivery: flat delivery fee of $20

Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment. During peak periods (e.g. National Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day), please allow extra time as order volumes are higher.

Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmed payment. You'll be notified once your order is out for delivery.

Preserved florals: delicate and sensitive to moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight. Each piece is carefully packaged to minimize movement during transit. Once delivered, keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, humidity, and air-conditioning vents.

Fresh flowers: hydrated and wrapped for transit. Please unbox immediately upon arrival, trim stems at an angle, and place in water. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight, and fruit (which speeds wilting).

While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, delivery may occasionally be affected by courier availability, weather, or public holidays. We'll notify you as early as possible if your order is delayed.

Preserved florals: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.

Fresh flowers: given their perishability, please contact us within [a few hours / same day] of delivery so we can resolve it while a replacement is still meaningful.
