1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Vintage Vines Designs ("we", "us", "our") and you as a visitor or customer of this website. By accessing or purchasing from vintagevinesdesigns.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. About Our Products
All arrangements are handcrafted in Singapore using 100% preserved flowers. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in colour, size, and form are to be expected and are not considered defects. Product images on our website are for reference purposes only.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Customised & Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised orders require a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. Once production has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. Please ensure all personalisation details are accurate at the time of ordering as amendments may not be possible once work has begun.
5. Corporate Orders
For bulk and corporate gifting orders, a separate quotation and agreement will be provided. Payment terms, timelines, and delivery arrangements will be outlined in the corporate order confirmation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Vintage Vines Designs is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided that photographic evidence is submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
8. Workshops & Events
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Vintage Vines Designs reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Vintage Vines Designs. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy & Personal Data
We collect and process personal data solely for the purposes of order fulfilment, customer communication, and service improvement, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2012). We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Vintage Vines Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
