All orders must be paid in full upon confirmation unless otherwise stated.

For orders above SGD $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order.

We accept payments via Paynow and Bank Transfer.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

• Logo: Printed tag or sticker included with each bouquet, do send in your company logo, if need be. 

• Message: Provide your own personalised theme or messages, empowerment messages and quotes are by default

• Event Theme: Customised colours, wrapping style, and flower combinations to match your campaign, celebration, or brand palette

• All our items are handcrafted, and variations may occur in color, size, or arrangement style.

• These unique differences reflect the artistic nature of each design and are not considered defects.

• Customized items and handmade floral pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• In the rare case of flower or material unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value while maintaining the design integrity.

• We will inform you beforehand if significant changes are needed.

• We may photograph completed arrangements for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your order featured, please let us know when placing your order.

• Due to the perishable and customized nature of our floral products, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and delivered.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 12 hours with a photo for our review. We will assess and offer a replacement if applicable.

• Standard Orders: 2–3 days in advance

• Express (24h): Case-by-case, DM/WhatsApp us

• Bulk/Corporate: 5–7 days’ notice
