Exchange & Returns
- Due to the perishable and customized nature of our floral products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and delivered.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 12 hours with a photo for our review. We will assess and offer a replacement if applicable.
Handmade & Customized Items
- All our items are handcrafted, and variations may occur in color, size, or arrangement style.
- These unique differences reflect the artistic nature of each design and are not considered defects.
- Customized items and handmade floral pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- In the rare case of flower or material unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value while maintaining the design integrity.
- We will inform you beforehand if significant changes are needed.
- We may photograph completed arrangements for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your order featured, please let us know when placing your order.
Order Confirmation & Payment
All orders must be paid in full upon confirmation unless otherwise stated.
For orders above SGD $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order.
We accept payments via Paynow and Bank Transfer.
